Tonight, at midnight, we will reboot one of our DHCP servers that handles legacy DSL customers terminated in San Francisco onto a new kernel. The server should be down for only a few minutes and little to no interruption of services should occur for the 2,700 affected customers. This update will resolve ...

A DHCP server has failed that serves a subset of legacy dsl customers in the LA area. We are currently working on re-routing its DHCP traffic to a backup server.

A failing ATM port was identified in our network earlier this morning. This port caused a couple of brief outages for a small subset of customers in the bay area. All affected circuits have now been moved off the failing port.

A port on one of our ATM aggregation switches appears to have failed and has taken a small subset of legacy DSL customers in the bay area offline. We are working on rerouting this traffic and bringing these customers back online ASAP.
