Mon Jan 12 06:15:50 PST 2004 -- Focal router problems: The router at Focal in San Francisco is currently down. All dialup numbers ending in 9606, 9811 and 1001 are returning authentication failures. An employee is currently en-route to investigate the issue and should arrive in approximately 45 minutes.
