Webmail outage.

Tue Jun 1 15:31:48 PDT 2004 — Webmail outage. In the process of upgrading Squirrelmail to the newest version, we discovered a bug which caused our load balanced webmail servers to crash. We have since downgraded to the previous Squirrelmail version, and webmail should be working as before. -Geoff, Kelsey, Nathan and Kevan
