Tue Jul 27 17:30:13 PDT 2004 — Santa Rosa Redback reboot Thursday morning. We are going to reboot the Santa Rosa DSL gateway at 12:30 AM Thursday, July 29. Expected downtime for DSL customers served through this equipment is expected to be 15 minutes. This action is part of our ongoing process to correct some performance problems. -John and Nathan
