March 11, 2006 – 11:07 am by adminSat Mar 11 11:07:11 PST 2006 — DSL Outage. The equipment that serves DSL lines terminated in Santa Rosa is currently down. We expect to have service restored within 10 minutes. We will be scheduling a full hardware replacement of this device with on-site spares within the next few days due to the frequency with which we have been having problems. -Nathan and John
