Update Thu May 22 09:56:37 PDT 2008 — We decided to push this software upgrade out to 12:01 AM Friday. We apologize for the constant changes to this maintenance window, but it will definitely occur tonight. -Jared

Fri May 23 00:15:59 PDT 2008 — Router Software Upgrade Completed. We have completed our software upgrade and everything went as planned. Business-T customers in Los Angeles would have seen less than 5 minutes of downtime. No other services were affected. -Jared
