Comcast connectivity troubles

June 12, 2008 – 5:09 pm by dane

We are receiving reports from mutual Comcast and Sonic.net customers about difficulty reaching our network from the Comcast network. We are investigating the issue now from our side to see if there is anything we can do to work around the situation. If you are a Comcast customer having trouble, please do open a ticket with Comcast support.

  4. I am online via Comcast broad band. I can connect to https://sonic.sonic.net/ but not to http://sonic.net/. Don’t know if this is connected to the described problem or not.

  7. They were having connectivity problems last night, I am not at home right now, but I was trying to setup a wireless router and D-Link gave me some alternate DNS Servers and they worked great, perhaps try OpenDNS or something similar until this is resolved.
