Fantastic. Highly commendable. But IMHO you have have error'd. You went from newsgroups, to blog, skipping forums. Or at least a local web interface to the sonic.* newsgroups. You might find that the webbies who cannot figure out newsgroups will use try to use the blogs as a discussion format. Having said that, I might wonder if an IRC or chat channel of some sort might be next after that? Maybe even a MUD/MOO? A Skype voice channel? A shared webcam video/voice conferencing channel?
