Scheduled SQL Maintenance

July 5, 2009 – 2:25 pm by Don Forbes

Tonight starting at 10:00PM, customer and internal SQL servers will undergo a maintenance period that may cause a very brief service interruption. This period is estimated to only last 2-5 minutes at most. -Don

Update: All systems are again running normally. There was an additional interruption around 11:00PM which was caused by a problem on one of our internal SQL servers. Webmail connectivity may have been intermittent during this time.

  2. It’s 11:15 Sun July 5. Have been trying to log onto Squirrel Mail for more than half an hour, with no luck at all on two different computers. Did the anticipated service interruption go far longer than expected? Would like to know how to troubleshoot — inability to log onto email in this time window is turning out to be disastrous, and tech support is closed.

  3. There should have been only a few minutes that the webmail database wasn’t accessible. Everything is back to normal.
