This evening, Tuesday, Dec 29 at 12:01 AM, we will be performing a maintenance reload on our ATM customer aggregation routers. This will result in 5-10 minutes of downtime for Business-T and FRATM customers.

Today at approximately 1:30 pm phone lines in to the Sonic.net office are reporting all circuits busy. We have reported this outage to our vendor who has not yet diagnosed the trouble.

ATT has confirmed that there is a DSL outage in San Francisco. This is not a complete outage, but rather intermittent performance problems. Thank you for your patience while they work to resolve the issue.

Today at 9:58AM one of the routers that serves T1 customers in the Sonoma County area unexpectedly reloaded. Service has been restored at this time and we are investigating the cause of the reload. Approximate downtime was 5 minutes.
