Yes, all nine of the San Francisco COs are live today, and have been for about six months now. You can order service!

Hi Enoch! We don't have a scheduled rollout, however, Fusion is active in many parts of San Francisco already. You can either use our Fusion signup form to prequalify your address, or if you know the San Francisco CO closest to you, we'd be happy to tell you if we have Fusion there.
