Beginning tonight at midnight I will be performing intrusive maintenance on equipment serving Fusion and FlexLink customers in the Sebastopol area. Downtown for this operation can be up to an hour.

You guys should email people who might be affected by intrusive services so we aren’t left wondering what the heck happened.
JoshuOne, email is down also so no emailing is happening. The only other way to contact us when multiple systems go down is SMS alerts. Perhaps Sonic could be set up for “critical alerts” to customers via SMS who opt in? Anyway, Sonic is great. We’ve just got to wait.
