Northern California Telecom Maintenance

Update (2:01AM): Maintenance complete

Tonight, June 30, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing maintenance on core equipment in the Richmond, Hayward, and San Jose areas. Although end to end connectivity should not be affected, customers may experience a brief period of routing instability.

Healdsburg – Fusion/FlexLink Intrusive Maintenance

Update (3:05 AM): Maintenance complete

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be performing upgrades on equipment serving Fusion and Flexlink customers in Healdsburg. Expected downtime for this operation can be up to 2 hours, but is typically under 30 minutes for most customers.

Airport Business Park Fiber Outage

We had a piece of equipment fail in the Airport Business Park area.  This should only be affecting a small subset of people.  ETR is 45 minutes.

update 10:05am – We are still working to get the few people restored.  We should have the work complete in the next 15-20 minutes.

San Francisco Bay Area – Legacy DSL Outage

Update (2:21PM): The affected customers should now have service restored.

Today at approximately 1:30PM, we experienced an equipment failure which has caused a subset of Legacy DSL customers in the San Francisco Bay Area to be without internet service. We are currently working on a fix for this issue, and will update as we have more information.

Santa Rosa Airport Intrusive Maintenance

Tonight, June 23, starting at 11:59pm, we will be performing network upgrades to infrastructure serving the Santa Rosa Airport Business Park. Expected downtime is 45 minutes.

Update(5:17pm): Maintenance has been postponed for this coming Monday, June 27.

Starting at 11:59pm SOC will be running system updates. The following services may experience brief interruptions:

Webmail
IMAP/POP3/SMTP
IPv6 tunnels
Membertools

Interruptions to individual services will be brief, and the Maintenance window is expected to last until 1am.

Mendocino/Fort Bragg – Fusion Maintenance

Update (12:56AM): Maintenance complete

Beginning tonight at midnight, we will be testing redundancy on equipment serving Fusion customers in Mendocino and Fort Bragg. We don’t expect there to be any downtime, but customers may experience a period of routing instability during this maintenance.

Emergency Call Re-Routing

We are making a change to move phone traffic around one of our terminating carriers who is experiencing issues completing calls for us. Your call may drop if it is going through the affected carrier when we make this change.
